Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)
Customers within the European Union have the right to return their product within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:
• Unused
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition in which it was received

Products that cannot be returned (for safety and hygiene reasons):
• First-aid kits, medical supplies, emergency blankets
• Water filters, opened purification items
• Food, survival rations or sealed products once opened
• Safety tools that have been used
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Once the returned products are received and inspected, refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Damaged or Defective Goods
